Lunch is provided at these free learning events that are held monthly on the third Wednesday from 12 pm - 1 pm. Guest speakers take the stage to update our members on relatable information affecting today's Realtors® and those in the High Country region. Registration is required, as is a cancellation notice.

NC REALTOR® Political Action Committee (NC RPAC) is a nonpartisan committee organized for the specific purpose of raising funds to support political candidates of all parties that support the issues important to REALTORS®. NC RPAC backs local, state, and national candidates, and is dedicated to protecting private property rights and REALTOR® interest in the legislative arena.

All members of HCAR must subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics as described by NAR. Adherence to the COE is monitored through various mediation and arbitration processes where disputes can be settled with our members, other REALTOR® members, and members of the public.
